Bananas on the Beach has been developed and will be managed by the same group that has successfully founded and operated the Caribeville properties on Ambergris Caye.
The resort management group is a team of experienced professionals including the resort General Manager, and the Heads of Departments to actively oversee guest services, reservations, accounting, housekeeping, maintenance and security. The management at Bananas on the Beach is intent on ensuring your investment is well maintained to retain and increase investment values.
Bananas on the Beach owners and guests will have access to the San Pedro Urgent Care Services which include a full time general practitioner, registered nurse, lab facility and 24/7 Emergency Services. Caribeville Services are employed by Bananas On the Beach to provide owners with preferential support from Belize Tourism Board Gold Standard Certified front line staff comprised of licensed and experienced air-conditioning and refrigeration technicians, electricians, plumbers, mechanics, carpenters, and a full construction team.

The Management Team
The General Manager has a full team of heads of departments to address all of the resort's needs. Departments include guest services such as concierge hosting, housekeeping, tour planning, etc; building maintenance, grounds, and pool care; owner relations and financial reporting, etc.
Resort Management Software
Bananas on the Beach utilizes the top-of-the-line resort management software system RDP (Resort Data Processing) that integrates the online reservations system seamlessly with the resort and homeowner accounting to ensure transparent accurate and up-to-date reporting.
Marketing
Management employs a full marketing and advertising team comprised of web designers, SEO experts, professional photographers, and videographers, that work hand-in-hand with the General Manager and Public Relations team to ensure the Resort ranks well in search engines and with the top industry giants including Expedia, Trip Advisor, Booking .com, Home Away, VRBO, AirBnB and more.
